These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Elite Flight, the trading name of Panama Travel, and apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, or email. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Elite Flight is ATOL protected (ATOL # 3781). This means that in the unlikely event of our insolvency, your flight-inclusive bookings are protected. Upon booking, you will receive an ATOL certificate confirming the details of your protection.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the airline or service provider.
• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
• Once payment is received, a booking confirmation and e-ticket will be issued.

• Cancellation policies vary by airline and service provider. Customers must check the specific terms related to their booking.
• Elite Flight will assist in processing cancellations; however, cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the airline's policies and may take several weeks.
• In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

• Any request for changes (e.g., date, name corrections) is subject to airline rules and additional charges.
• Amendments are not guaranteed and depend on fare rules.

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
• Some destinations may have specific entry requirements, including vaccinations. Passengers must verify such requirements before travel.

• Elite Flight acts as an agent for airlines and travel service providers and is not responsible for any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations imposed by the airline.
• We do not accept liability for additional costs incurred due to disruptions, such as accommodation or transport arrangements.

• Airlines reserve the right to make schedule changes or cancellations. In such cases, we will notify passengers and assist with rebooking or refunds as per airline policy.

• Special requests (e.g., meal preferences, seating) must be made at the time of booking but are not guaranteed.

• Any complaints must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of travel.
• We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If necessary, disputes may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Customer data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties except as required for booking purposes.
